If you are using Chrome, don't start from clicking the B9 Banner shortcut. Just press the Windows key and type Chrome and press Enter. Then start these instructions for Chrome.
Hold Ctrl and Shift and tap Delete, and depending on which browser you have open, you will see one of the following dialogs:
Ctrl+Shift+Delete
NOTE: Only check the boxes shown in the following dialogs.
And in Chrome and Firefox select the Time Range shown.
After you select the correct Time Range and check the correct check boxes, click the Clear button.
