1.     Go to https://signin.kccd.edu.

2.     Choose a "forgot password" question.

3.     Choose a security image.

4.     Set up multifactor authentication. 

Okta Verify is the preferred and more secure method.

Please configure SMS and Voice Call as the backup methods for authentication. SMS and Voice Call can be used
when users change devices or don’t have access to the Okta Verify app.

Set up Okta Verify mobile app authentication. 

1.     Launch the Okta Verify application on your mobile device and select Organization account. Then, scan the code on your browser screen.

2.     With your mobile device, scan the code on your browser screen.

3.     Select Finish.

Set up SMS authentication

1.     Enter your phone number and press Send code.

2.     Enter code you received. Select Verify.

Set up Voice Call authentication 

1.     Enter phone number and select Call.

2.     Enter Code and select Verify.
