- Go to the help desk website at https://service.kccd.edu/.
- Click the "Get Help" button (you may be prompted to sign in through Okta first).
- Fill out the form with details about your issue, including your contact information, the type of issue, and a description of the problem.
- Attach any relevant files or screenshots that could help the support team understand your issue.
- Review your ticket details and click "Submit" to send the ticket to the help desk.
