What is a Student to Employee Conversion?

This request can only be submitted by HR, and is completed when a student is hired as an Employee. Their student Gmail will be closed and an Outlook email will be assigned. All student emails will be forwarded to the Outlook email so they can still take classes. An Employee account has more access than a student account, but still includes all properties from a Student account. 

What is an Employee to Student Conversion?

This request does NOT been to be submitted by HR, and is completed when an employee leaves the organization. It is the opposite of a Student to Employee Conversion. 

Who can Request a Name Change?

Admissions and Records must be contacted in order for a Student to get a name change. 

HR must be contacted in order for an Employee to get a name change. 

(This is required since Banner must be changed before IT can change their systems)

What is an Account Domain Transfer?

An Account Domain Transfer is a request that can be submitted if an employee transfers from one college to another. This will change the users email to match their college. 

(Students are unable to request an Account Domain Transfer)
