How to Submit a Help Desk Ticket

  1. Go to the help desk website at https://service.kccd.edu/.
  2. Click the "Get Help" button (you may be prompted to sign in through Okta first).
  3. Fill out the form with details about your issue, including your contact information, the type of issue, and a description of the problem.
  4. Attach any relevant files or screenshots that could help the support team understand your issue.
  5. Review your ticket details and click "Submit" to send the ticket to the help desk.
